Hailing from Baltimore, of Italian and Polish heritage, Chef Sarah has 20 years' experience feeding some of the biggest names in the music industry both at home with their families, and as touring musicians, where she also fed their entourage and crews, all over the world. Her experience of our planet is vast, and she has had the opportunity to personally delve into all the flavors of different countries and cultures around the globe. This has lent itself nicely to her seemingly endless culinary repertoire. A woman of excellent style and taste, Chef sarah brings her thoughtful, vegetable-forward, worldly food to her beautiful tables (that she also has a gift for designing and arranging for those interested). She has given up life on the road to pursue happiness in the high desert of California, where she lives happily with her pups on a mountainside, enjoying the year round local farmers' markets.
